1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and z baji ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using z baji in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use z baji.

Z baji operates as a licensed online gaming platform. The licence under which z baji operates requires the platform to maintain fair gaming standards, protect player funds, and operate transparently. These Terms are designed to reflect those obligations and to set out clearly what players can expect from z baji and what z baji expects from players.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on z baji, including but not limited to casino games, live casino, sports betting, crash games, and any promotional offers. Where specific products have additional rules, those rules will be displayed within the relevant section of the platform and should be read alongside these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use z baji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Your Account

Each player may hold only one z baji account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Z baji uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without prior notice.

You are responsible for keeping your z baji login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Z baji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact z baji support immediately.

The information you provide when registering on z baji must be accurate and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

• You must keep your contact details up to date. If your email address or phone number changes, update your account details promptly.

• Account balances are held in your z baji account and are not transferable to another player's account.
• Z baji accounts are for personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person.

4 Deposits

Z baji supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the primary payment methods available to Bangladeshi players, and z baji has chosen them specifically because they are the most widely used and most convenient options for the local market.

The minimum deposit amount on z baji is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit set by z baji, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your z baji account in real time in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact z baji support with your transaction reference number.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. Z baji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Z baji does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• Z baji reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals funded by a particular deposit.

5 Withdrawals

Z baji processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals, additional verification may be required before the payment is released.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. This means z baji must have confirmed your identity, your date of birth, and your payment method ownership. Players who complete verification at registration will generally experience faster withdrawal processing.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Requests below this amount will not be processed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z baji. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on z baji.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using z baji for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses, promotions, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with z baji's platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing z baji staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using z baji's platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

9 Privacy and Data

Z baji uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. • You have the right to request a copy of the personal data z baji holds about you.

10 Limitation of Liability

Z baji provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While z baji makes every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, z baji cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues outside z baji's control.

Z baji's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Z baji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

• Z baji is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand game rules or bonus terms.
• Z baji is not liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Z baji is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings. Players are responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations.

11 Account Termination

You may close your z baji account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Z baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where a player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where z baji is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.

• Z baji will provide notice of account closure where possible, except in cases where immediate closure is required for security or legal reasons.
• Players who have self-excluded may not re-register on z baji during the exclusion period.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at z baji's discretion.

12 Changes to These Terms

Z baji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, z baji will notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of z baji after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using z baji and contact support to close your account.
